Workout Regime

So I've been trying to keep a workout schedule fort self so that I can keep track and maintain my whole exercise regime.

So far today ...

45 minutes Tapout XT - Cardio Cross Combat

30 minutes Jogging

10 minutes Heavy Stretching

Supplements
• N.O Fury (pre workout for boost, focus and energy)
• Iso Whey Protein (within 30mins of after workout for muscle recovery)

That's usually my whole schedule everyday. Every other day I also include in Tapout XT's "Ultimate Abs" workout if I feel like the normal session isn't that hard core because its another 15 minutes intense core workout. Core is one of my main goals right now so it's really important for me to continue that session.

Like I mentioned in my last post, I managed to lose about 8 pounds in a week doing this regime everyday with one full day rest. I do this every morning so that I can have the rest of my day to do what I need to do and it actually keeps me energized for the rest of the day.

This is a start of my log here at Wickedful. If you guys want to start logging in your workouts and your meals I recommend adding in an app for your phones called "My Fitness Pal". It's a great up that shows you what your calorie goal is for each day and you can log in your meals (it shows how many calories are in each) and log in your workouts (shows how many calories you are burning). It will even project what your potential weight can be in 5 weeks if you manage to keep up what you doing everyday. It's pretty cool. It's my fitness best friend right now. I log in everyday.

I'm not writing this entry to show off or anything because, seriously, I'm very far from what most people do in their fitness. I'm just using this as a way to show myself that I'm keeping up. And I hope that it inspires some people to not give up on their fitness and to keep going.

I used to be one of those people who HATED working out and always just sorry for myself about how I looked and had very low self-confidence. By doing this, I hope other people can see that is is not impossible to lose weight and that anyone can do it. HONESTLY, if I can do it ... You can too.
